Inns

Where you stay along the way.

Inn at Foster Falls
Nestled beside the New River in Wythe County, Virginia, is Foster Falls. It is a place that has a timeless connection to the natural world and deep roots in the rich history of Southwest Virginia. The Inn at Foster Falls, a two-story brick building with wrap-around porches, has been at the center of Foster Falls since 1887 and has undergone many transformations. It was originally a hotel, then a school, and finally an orphanage.
Martha Washington Inn
The Martha Washington Inn & Spa was originally General Robert Preston's retirement home after his success in the War of 1812. The mansion was built in 1832 as a private residence for General Francis Preston, his wife Sarah Buchanan Preston, and their nine children. For over a century and a half, much of the original architectural features have been meticulously preserved, maintaining the historical integrity of this landmark.
Corduroy Inn
Located in the heart of Snowshoe, West Virginia, and close to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains, this inn allows you to enjoy your stay in elegant modern style blended with the rustic charm of West Virginia. Relax next to a cozy stone fireplace and rest in comfortable beds with reclaimed barn wood headboards. Take a moment to unwind and relax.
General Lewis Inn
The General Lewis Inn is a historic hotel that has been continuously operational since 1929. Originally purchased by the Hock family, the hotel is furnished with antiques collected by them from the Greenbrier Valley and adjoining counties. The Hocks were particularly inspired by the aesthetics of the Colonial era and collected items mostly from the 1800s. The hotel has carefully restored the furniture and decor to continue the Hock family's legacy. Inspired by the grandeur and elegance of the Roaring 20s and Art Deco, the hotel balances the old with the new, just like the Hocks did.
